Not happy? You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a full refund.
How to return
- Email us at lynx_j.p.j@hotmail.no with your order number.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Items must be returned in the condition you received them.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you – at no cost to you.
